The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center provides a forum for young professionals interested in intellectual property (IP) and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

WIPO ADR Young offers a networking and training forum for young professionals in the IP and dispute resolution communities. WIPO ADR Young is also open to collaborating with other IP and ADR young practitioner associations.

About WIPO

WIPO is the global forum for IP services, policy, information and cooperation. WIPO's mission is to lead the development of a balanced and effective international IP system that enables innovation and creativity for the benefit of all. Among its activities, WIPO provides innovators and creators with efficient protection internationally.

Through the Arbitration and Mediation Center, WIPO also provides ADR services to parties involved in domestic and international commercial IP and innovation disputes. To assist in the time and cost-efficient administration of procedures under the WIPO Mediation, Arbitration, Expedited Arbitration or Expert Determination Rules, the WIPO Center makes available online tools, including WIPO eADR and videoconferencing facilities. The WIPO Center is also the global leader in the provision of domain name dispute resolution services.

The WIPO Center regularly organizes events related to ADR for IP and innovation disputes, and also provides frequent updates through its WIPO ADR Highlights Newsletter and LinkedIn page.
